City Tour Cusco

3.3 Full Day Cusco, Saqsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca pucara

Book yourself a Cusco City Tour to experience the essence of the city altogether with one complete tour programme from the start! The itinerary will begin with a tour through the Plaza de Armas before ending at Hatun Rumiyoc, which features the famous 12-Angled Stone. Next, you will visit the Temple of the Sun (Coricancha), which is located along Loreto Street, then visit the huge and historic Santo Domingo Convent.

After we leave the Santo Domingo Convent, we will be on our way to Sacsayhuaman (the walled complex), then on to the mysterious caves of Qenqo, and finally, to the “red fortress” of Puka Pukara. Last but not least, we will stop at Tambomachay, where there are still original water springs from the Incas.

To make this an “unforgettable experience”, we will stop at the Christo Blanco Statue for magnificent panoramic views of Cusco as a result. In addition to great photo opportunities and the use of the Christo Blanco Statue, we will be doing some short hiking (approximately 20 minutes), and the cost of entry to the Temple of the Sun and Santo Domingo Convent is also included in the package (i.e. Coricancha + Partial Tourist Ticket).
