These terms regulate the booking and use of the services offered by Incamove Cusco Transport. By making a reservation, the client accepts the conditions described below.
1. Scope of Service
Incamove Cusco Transport provides tourist mobility and private transportation services within the city of Cusco and nearby destinations.
Our services include airport transfers, tour transportation, personalized routes, mobility for groups, and previously coordinated private services.
Each service is organized according to the information provided by the client at the time of booking. Any additional requirements must be requested before the start of the service.
The company reserves the right to modify vehicle assignments for operational reasons, always maintaining an equivalent or higher category.
2. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Requests can be made through any of our official channels.
Availability will depend on operational factors such as date, time, requested route, and vehicle capacity.
A reservation is considered valid only when:
- The client receives the official service confirmation, and
- The agreed payment is verified.
The information sent in the confirmation will be considered definitive for the provision of the service.
Subsequent change requests may be accepted subject to availability and could generate a rate update.
3. Rates
The rates managed by Incamove Cusco Transport may be expressed in US Dollars (USD) or Peruvian Soles (PEN).
Prices may vary before final confirmation due to high season, operational changes, special schedules, or additional requests.
Once the service is confirmed, the agreed rate will not be modified, except for changes requested subsequently by the client.
Services not originally included, unusual waiting times, or changes during the route may generate additional costs.
4. Payments
The client must complete the payment within the period indicated during the booking process.
The company may request partial payments or full advance payment depending on the type of service contracted.
Available payment methods will be communicated directly to the client at the time of coordination.
If payment is not received within the established time, the reservation may be automatically canceled without any obligation to maintain availability.
5. Cancellations
All cancellations must be communicated through our official channels.
Refunds will be applied according to the notice time of the cancellation:

The absence of the passenger at the agreed time will be considered an automatic cancellation without the right to a refund.
Administrative expenses, bank commissions, or financial costs associated with the refund process will not be assumed by the company.
6. Service Execution
The client must show up punctually at the established place and time.
The driver may leave the pickup point after the reasonable waiting time previously informed during the service coordination.
During the journey, passengers must maintain appropriate behavior that allows the normal and safe development of the service.
The following is not allowed:
- Smoking inside the vehicle.
- Consuming illegal substances.
- Damaging the vehicle.
- Endangering the safety of the occupants.
The company may terminate the service immediately in situations that compromise the safety of the driver, passengers, or the vehicle.
7. Luggage and Belongings
Each passenger may carry luggage according to the capacity of the reserved vehicle.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify their belongings before completing the service.
Incamove Cusco Transport will not assume responsibility for forgotten objects, losses caused by carelessness, or situations beyond the reasonable control of the company.
It is recommended to transport documents, money, and valuables under personal supervision.
8. External Situations
There are circumstances beyond the company’s control that could affect the normal development of the service, including traffic, road blockages, weather conditions, accidents, government regulations, or force majeure events.
In these cases, Incamove Cusco Transport will make reasonable efforts to inform the client in a timely manner and seek operational alternatives when possible.
9. Acceptance of Conditions
By contracting any of our services, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions established by Incamove Cusco Transport.
